“SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE”
I’ve been having the same issue over and over where it shows“system unavailable” whenever I try to check my account. I have refreshed, updated, re-install, and re-logged in but nothing changes.

This should be the the “Philippine National Bank” app pero yung design, interactive, and overall functionality nung app is worst kumpara sa mga application project ng College or even highschool students sa paaralan. This should be improved knowing na money transaction and confidential information ang kinukuha at prina-process ng application ninyo. Check on other international banking app and use them as reference for your improvement, tsaka bago niyo ideploy ang app ninyo isipin niyo muna kung convinient ba siya at easy to use gamitin since maraming matatanda rin namang gimagamit ng app. Basic knowledge na dapat ito sa app dev ninyo eh jusme! There isn’t an option to reset my password. Too much to deal with!!! You have to even visit a branch which isn’t ideal.
Could you please add features where users can hide accounts enrolled in the app. Its like accounts are not visible in the My Accounts tab unless hide feature option is toggled off. Thanks.
I still can’t sign up the app it’s always says cant process please try again later
The process is not smooth once you upgrade to a new device. You have to call their hotline since the account I put in is a credit card linked account. After that, you have to wait 3 to 5 business. You cannot do anything between those days. Will be closing all our accounts soon.

i been using digital banking for 8 years but when my phone broke i need to log in into my new phone and worst is they dont allowed to transfer, you need to go to the pnb branch where you get your physical card, and whats the worst is customer service is always busy and need to load several times..
No password reset option, when trying to sign up it takes it back to the login page.
Every time I use this app always have maintenance
