On previous trips this app has worked wonderfully, however this trip it has not worked once, constant time out errors and nothing will load.

This app is critical to your cruise experience- but it basically never works, crashes, the messaging is terrible and you are constantly disconnected from your Uber expensive wifi package. Let’s hope now Carnival are closing P&O they replace it with something better.
This is such a horrible app. The chat feature is slow, sometimes you try to send a message and nothing happens. Doesn’t appear to send. Meanwhile the message has infact sent and your recipient has got it the number of time you pushed SEND. Other times messages take forever to receive and so a flowing conversation is lost. Other times it just disconnects you. Sign up was difficult and my daughter couldn’t be added to the group even though she has never used it before it told her she already had an account.
The app is trash. Doesn’t even work. Has to be the worse excuse for an app I have ever seen. If I could give it a negative review I would. My friend got diagnosed with polio, and he was more upset when using this app. I would rather get back together with my ex than ever use this app again. I would rather have a tea party with Ivan Milat than use this app again. Absolute Dog Doo Doo. Trash. Dumpster fire. Fix your app.
Never put a bad review in my life, this abysmal app is the worst ever experienced!!! It’s incredible such a large company can create something so terrible, definitely deserving of its 1 star rating. Such a great cruising experience in every other way ruined by this hot steaming pile of garbage, c’mon P&O surely you can do better
Why can’t you get this app working? Come on P&O! I go on heaps of cruises and P&O app is the most frustrating app. Can’t even log in anymore. Rubbish
I received an email to download my boarding pass but as far as I can see, this is not possible on my iPhone. It is available on my iPad but it is not convenient to carry an iPad through the boarding process.
I am not impressed with being unable to correct the spelling on my own name. I made a mistake with my family name in the App. My correct name is on my ticket and also the website. I’ve tried correct it via live chat and also in a phone conversation and so far it’s not been corrected. I hope the rest of the functions work better.
It’s not even good for them I want to spend money and it isn’t user friendly enough to let me buy what I want
It’s a shame that although P&O is owned by the Carnival Corporation, they have not gotten their IT eggs in one basket! This is an incredibly unstable and buggy app, over 100 of us on a recent cruise could not use it, nor could they fix it, instead offer excuses again and again. Have been on the chat merry-go-round for 7 weeks trying to get access before my next cruise. They keep trumpeting how good the app is for planning our day and keeping us informed. No good if it doesn’t work. Princess app (another Carnival arm) is fantastic and I could even book my dining and activities 6 months ahead.
