Can’t login
I can’t login to the app even though my details are correct and I can login on the website. Bit disappointing that it yet hasn’t been fixed as appears a lot of previous people are having the same issue.

Download the app before your cruise to access your boarding pass, familiarise yourself with your ship and the 12-plus sprawling decks of endless entertainment and possibility that await. You can view restaurants, bars, entertainment, menus, and more. Plus, once your cruise begins, you can use the app free of charge via the onboard Wi-Fi.
Before Your Cruise
It’s never too early to start planning. Sign into the app to:
• view your booking information
• watch your cruise countdown as your holiday gets closer and closer
• explore shore tours
• browse onboard restaurants and great value drinks packages
• learn all about your ship – activities, entertainment, spa, fitness and more!
Once You’re Onboard
Welcome, you’re on holiday! Connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi (free of charge) and you can:
• view today’s weather, arrival/departure times and important destination information
• use the deck plans to find your way around your new home-away-from-home
• view restaurant menus and make reservations
• book classes, spa treatments, shore tours, P&O Edge Adventure passes and more. You’ll also get notifications to remind you of any bookings (you’re on holiday after all)
• message your family and friends (and any new-found cruise friends)
• check out Good Times, the daily guide of what’s happening, when and where
• order our famous barista-brewed coffee
• check your onboard account
• access P&O Cruises latest offers and book your next cruise while onboard for added benefits
• use your digital cruise card for contactless payments.

Useless app
Get it fixed. For a company like yours this is a very bad experience. Sort it out. One star is too good. I hope the cruise is better than this experince. Very very poor

Where are you???? PLEASE FIX IT NOW!!!
Frustrating to use!
In theory a great app but in practice it is useless! Constantly crashes, says error etc & have to reset it. Very frustrating to day the least!
Can’t login
Why does the password never work, you have to change all the time. Needs maintenance
Can’t login
Can’t login!!! Reset passwords multiple times and it said it was reset successfully. But when it tries to log back in app it keep saying the passwords are not matched. P&O, isn’t this the basic functionality of app? What is point of having an account if can’t even log in easily?
Please fix - logs you out and you can’t get back in!
My daughter logged in once, then got kicked out and told the login details no longer match any records (yet she can log into cruise control with the same details). Please sort it out, P and O - we are relying on using the chat function for our cruise next week! :(

The apps is not great at all it crashing every single times when you try to use it

Hopeless
The app won’t load all my details or a timer I get on the web page yet my partner gets everything. Tried 4 times and gave up!
