Asking for premium fee again?
I paid for this app initially to have premium access without any adds. Over the last few months I noted more and more adds every single time I open this app. And it asks for premium fee again!! What a scam!

Been using this app for almost 4 years now, like how nice and easy it is for me. However, recently I bought iphone15 and realized after login to the same account, it only sync the data up until may 2021. For some reason I can’t sync the data for the pass 1 and half years. Emailed them and still haven’t get any respond. If I can’t fix this problem I will have to look for other apps.
Very good but don’t expect updates
I’ve been using this app for 9 years and it is really good! But… I’ve already sent them some emails talking about bugs in the app and they never replied or fixed those things. One thing that really annoys me is that the search bar just find entries from the the last 2 years only. If you wanna find something older than this you have to search manually.
Fantastic app for tracking expenses, just wish it had a fortnightly cycle option!
This app is exactly what I need. Expenses are added manually and it remembers the venue and category for next time, which I find extremely useful. I can transfer balances across accounts, schedule incomes etc. The only issue I have which is stopping it being 5 stars is that I would love a fortnightly pay and budget cycle, starting on a Thursday, with tracking of expenses over the pay cycle. I am already a lifetime premium user and this was money well spent. If it had this it would be 100% perfect for my purposes! Otherwise, thank you for creating such a helpful app!
Contact email has disappeared
Hi, I’ve tried to get through to you a number of ways but I am having trouble being able to export data as it says that I don’t have an email account set up even though I have logged in with my email address. I really need to be able to export data or will have to change apps. Could you please help me fix this issue. Cheers.
Great app but no support
I have been using pocket expense for more than 5years and have been depenedent on it since. Last November, I have changed/upgraded my phone and have been getting difficulty to retrieve my 5++years transactional data. I have been trying contact their support but to no avail. This app is superb, but if you contact support, its really challenging to get help
Great budgeting app!
This is a great app for your week to week budgeting needs! Easy to use and can be put on multiple devices so my partner and I can both use the same account.
Long Term User
I’ve had the app on my iPad for years, with the premium/ad-free option just recently I added it to my iPhone and had to get used to a difference in layout but I’ve gotten used to it now. It retrieved my accounts and bills immediately with no problem. I was getting ads though these past months on iPad and then on my phone but I emailed support today, heard back very quickly and restored my premium status. I like this app very much and use it every day (quite a few times if I shop lol)
No customer service at all
When I first starting using this app it was great. But then I paid for the Premium service, lost all my data, and have received absolutely no assistance whatsoever to my emails for help.
Great app with some frustration
Real easy to use. Functional and layout great. Some bugs though. Has option to have repeating expenses, but does not work so have to enter monthly reoccurring payments each month.
