Can’t log in

I can’t log in anymore after I changed to a new phone. It always shows “no user found with ***” or “ a server with the specified host name cannot be found”. I wrote to the official email but none has replied after 1 month. It’s a paid app but no one seems to be working on log in issues

Horrible

Free app auto updated and I lost all my year's worth of data. Thought to buy the paid version, was trying to transfer my data onto this version and it hung after two seconds. Paid app used for two seconds! Developer has ignored both my mails for help despite stating quick response. Horrid.
