Use the free then paid version since 2012. Got all the back-up file yearly till 2014. Then bought once more again to the latest version. Still using till now. Bang, by the last update in Dec, it required signed-in when I open it again and all my data GONE. SO FRUSTRATED that I could not tolerate for the third time with all my data lost.
Could not send out report
I tried many times to extract a report but I couldn’t, as I was asked to fill my email acc which I couldn’t find any where on the app :(
Do you guys even read the feedback mails?
I updated the app to version 6.0 today with the hope for a better experience but no, instead of that, All my incomes LOST !?! Please tell me how to get all that information back. This app has failed me at least 3 times since December 2017, and none of my feedback has been replied since.
