I’ve had the app 10 days. Now they have frozen my account I can get to any money to fed my family or live on

This app is a great little app with plenty of information in it to keep you on move with your money

They restricted account without informing and caring what the customer will be going through for days

They taking long to review my account .. once my wages goes in my account they blocked and asking m to provide documents .. is a really big joke 😂

This app is good since u created it had make life easy for money and I am waiting to receive my salary from it I’ll recommend you all to use pock it

I don’t often write reviews, and when I do, I even more rarely award 5 stars . However the outstanding reliability and speed of this app deserve full marks. Payment reporting is instantaneous, and the ability to block/ unblock the physical card associated with the Pockit account is a superb advantage over the majority of such cards, particularly when you misplace your card while travelling ( guilty as charged 😕). Absolute top marks all round. The only thing they could improve now would be if they introduced a wearable RFID device such as a payment ring, so I don’t have to worry about misplacing my card. The normal disadvantage of such a device is the risk of malicious scanning , but the speed and ease of blocking and unblocking the card/ring with the associated app would entirely counter any such risk. Ha! Just read all the most recent low ratings spamming the reviews. So many of them read as annoyed reviews from attempted money-laundering or account hacking attempts I had to laugh out loud. Honestly folks, this is an outstanding prepayment service. The fact that you can’t just email them from a random email account and take over another person’s account is basic security, not an example of bad service.

Been waiting for a replacement card for 4 months … sent many messages but each one is ignored. Shambles
