PokerGO: Stream Poker TV

PokerGO has been a breath of fresh air in the new and vintage streaming content it’s made available. However, just a few days after purchasing their monthly subscription, I’ve been unable to watch any content on their app because of a video bug on the app. I’m on the iPhone Pro 14 Max and whenever I click on an available episode, I’m forwarded to a blank black screen I can’t interact with. I’ve had this issue for over a week now and can’t access any of the content I paid for. Pretty disappointing.

The optimisation is quite meh. For a high budget team (I’m sure.) the app is very robotic & clunky. There are some issues with stream feed back on my AppleTV App also in which the screen just decides to go black. But. As a Poker fan, it’s solid.

Good value for money, all services and support are amazing

So far I’m enjoying the content, but I can’t get the app to connect to my Chromecast. I know it’s not an issue with my phone as I tried Netflix and that connected straight away. I also don’t think the app is the easiest to use, as far as I can tell there’s nothing for settings

Great poker content, also the only way to watch all of the WSOP. The only thing letting this down is the app having lots of room for improvement.

I had poker go for a year or 2 previously but canceled it due to lack of content but now thought I would try it again for wsop but glad I only got 1 month. I’ll be canceling it again after that. I have 120mbs and it won’t even open a stream. Clearly there are issues with the software as it opens the stream 1-20 times and when it does it just buffers for 30 seconds then goes black screen. Total waste of time and money, the software is a joke.

The app promises you can stream this to your TV. You can’t. The so called small tv icon that enables you to supposedly is missing!! Bought an annual subscription and i’m stuck watching it on a small phone for a whole year now!!!

How come I can’t access content it is still locked but I have paid the annual subscription $160. I have waited 24 hrs but it is still not activated There was no email sent to activate my subscription but the money already taken out I have signed in and out on the app hoping that mite work but still there is content still locked

App has so many bugs its unbearable. Also dont be fooled you pay for the content but you dont have access to all of it. Stingy bastards you’re ruining people’s experiences

The latest update is terrible! So many bugs. What a nightmare... Get the app as good as the content, please!
