Had account erased couple weeks ago after spending $99 on chips a month previous (which I grew, did not lose). Contact customer service, after lengthy chat they determined I needed to contact site through email. I do that and am told I need to join X or Facebook. I tell the no, I am not joining either and they needed to help me or I would contact the BBB over the money I spent. Received several email requests for information which I provided. Then nothing, no response, I was just about to write the BBB today and I checked the account and suddenly it is there. No thanks to these clowns. Save your time and go elsewhere.

When the app works, it's the best free poker app I have found. I would give 5 stars if it simply worked consistently. I sign in, play, great. I close the app, it is dead for 24-48 hours with can't connect error. When the sign in times out, then I can sign back in. Frustrating, especially since the gameplay is great. Also, error says to print screen and send to a support email address. No response.

Absolute garbage you will never see card play like this garbage app

Like many other users, I had an account with my appleID and it’s just gone. All my progress completely wiped. Can only contact the help center on twitter messages or facebook messenger, and the Facebook messenger link doesn’t even work. I contacted them and I still haven't had my account restored. I’m very disappointed.

After one day ,my account (Apple ID login in ) just disappeared. Are u guys kidding me?

I had about 4 million chips before I randomly got locked out of my account. Now I cannot access it and the chips are gone. Using forgot password online doesn’t work as it simply says there’s an issue resetting the password. Support is no help as the geniuses made it that you can only contact support if you log in.

My game reset back to the beginning and I lost all my money and scratch tickets I had accumulated.

Woke up and I was randomly signed out of my account. Signed back in and says it doesn’t recognize my User ID. Whole account is gone including the purchases I made. 2 years of playing. DO NOT USE THIS APP. No way to contact support and zero ways to connect with anyone or anything to help with any problems like purchases or something like this. Zero stars if I could.

I have been a loyal player for 8 years and purchased several million chips. Due to health issues, did not log in for 5 days and my account changed from master to starter and all my chips gone!!!!
