Pokerstar confirmed what they do also for real money. The system is programmed to give hands that in reality came 1 on 1 million, just to make people loose. Not use this app

You guys steal from people. The number of river rats and fix hands are just ridiculous. Your app have ruined the fun of those that know how to play poker. Just doesn’t matter how good is your hand or your skills as a player, the computer chooses who will win and will fabricate a board always convenient to the chosen ones. This is a app for beginners or people that don’t mind spending money for stupid reason
No compatibility with iOS 14
Since the phone has been updated to iOS 14, the game would not load and crash. That’s the reason for 3 stars. Otherwise a great game!
Excellent game
This game is really fun. Playing with real people you really get to learn a lot and it becomes so addictive over time. Love this game. Would recommend to all who plays poker.

Horrendous Customer Service
Had account erased couple weeks ago after spending $99 on chips a month previous (which I grew, did not lose). Contact customer service, after lengthy chat they determined I needed to contact site through email. I do that and am told I need to join X or Facebook. I tell the no, I am not joining either and they needed to help me or I would contact the BBB over the money I spent. Received several email requests for information which I provided. Then nothing, no response, I was just about to write the BBB today and I checked the account and suddenly it is there. No thanks to these clowns. Save your time and go elsewhere.
