Not Printing at all
Got my new polaroid hi print. Tried 2 cartridges already but it keeps on stopping without any paper coming out but it says printing. I am using latest version of iPhone 14. Could it be connectivity issue?

The printer always jams and is completely useless waste of money.

Firmware Update Froze My Printer
After trying install the latest firmware update, my printer can’t turn off and the app can’t recognize it. In my Bluetooth settings, it’s listed as being connected but the app is constantly searching for the printer. The only way I can turn off is by pressing the reset button (which doesn’t help with much else).
Firmware won’t update
I got this for my daughter for Christmas 2024. Downloaded the app paired with Bluetooth and tried to update firmware. Every time I update the firmware it repeats the same message that I need to update the firmware. I’ve restarted printer, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and did this on two different phones. I get the same issue. I’m sure it’s great but the app is keeping me from Enjoying this printer.

It works great with the required downloaded App. I LOVE it and so does others that witnesses its performance! Thanks so much son for the perfect gift!
Not worth it
i got it as a christmas present and loved it, i let it sit for around a year and when i wanted to use it again it froze. it turned on and then it just got stuck, it doesn’t turn off i have to turn it off by doing the reset and even after the reset it still didn’t work, it would say it’s connected to my bluetooth but then the app would say it can’t find a device and i tried everything to make it work and nothing is working
