Police Bank Mobile Banking

It’s been a couple years since this app has taken over from their previous banking app And I still have the same issues.. Showing incorrect amounts for available balances. Constantly glitching. Most of the time I don’t bother using it to transfer money between accounts, I’ll just go to the website and do it via there. Absolute trash app

This has to be the worst banking app that I have used. Isn’t functional and has little features build in meaning you still have to log in on a computer to properly use the Police Bank Internet system.

Not sure his long it’ll take, and how many bad reviews they need to finally fix this app. The new app has less features and more glitches than the supposed “outdated” one. And they know it’s bad because they’ve dedicated a whole phone line to it.

This app has been rubbish for a while. I mean, why would want to see an accurate balance on a banking app.

App has logged me out, now I can’t log back in “invalid credentials”. Even though I can use same details on online banking. Never seen such a rubbish app with so many problems. Will be leaving Policebank because of it.

I too keep getting the invalid credentials failure after the facial recognition feature stops working despite the same login details working on internet banking. Every time it’s a phone call to the bank to reset. If it’s the weekend you’re stuffed. The CEO needs man-up, take responsibility and resign

I wish I could put no stars. This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. I have never had so many problems with Police Bank since they launched this

I’ve given up trying to use this app. It simply does not work.

Have been trying to log in and unable to. We went into the bank to update a pin. We were told you need to go away and download the app to get a new pin. We can’t log in as it doesn’t recognise our details.

Says my credentials are incorrect but I can log in fine with the same details on the website. Tried to delete the app and reinstall and the same problem has happened for months. When will they finally fix the bugs?
