This app always shuts down at the most inconvenient times. I tried to transfer money on Saturday and the app was simply not working, this has happened multiple times. This particular incident I was trying to pay for my taxi home; if I didn’t have cash I don’t know what I would have done. You should always be able to transfer funds when you need it! This needs to be fixed.

Unfortunately, I am unable to access my messages. It always says there is an error and to try again later. This has been like this for about a year.

EVERY SWAP of screen away from this app REQUIRES YOU TO RELOGIN. just makes the app useless if you are toggling between screens trying to update your own spreadsheets or enter a password or check details of who you are trying to pay a bill with..

It’s ridiculous that not being able to use face ID results in a request for a passcode that you can’t even input, which then makes you completely set up the app again

App is old and clunky and desperately needs a modern update.

I have really enjoyed using the internet banking app at the credit union. The apps layout (even if it’s a bit clunky) is quite easy to navigate. Apple Pay has been a lifesaving feature. Also, double tapping on the account balances to view a balance is a very good feature. The balance, transaction, deposit/credit and eftpos alerts being sent via the secure mail service could be improved by including more information on the transaction or sending it by an app notification rather than a secure message. Also when a transaction is made with visa debit (credit button) it would be nice to receive an alert when the transaction is made, rather then when the funds clear. The atm finder is a really useful feature as it finds the fee free rediATMs. The service at PCU is second to none. It is absolutely amazing. I love the community spirit in the branch and all the staff are always so kind.

Always one notification on my phone which I can’t remove. iPad icon is just blank. Needs some further work.

Updated app and I can’t use my pin anymore.

Functioning app but like the credit union itself the app needs to be more progressive regarding features to stay competitive. A year between app updates is not acceptable in 2019. Things like, adding your card to Apple Pay from within the app, card less cash, iOS widgets for quick balance and watch app are all needed. I appreciate this is a small local credit union but to stay relevant you have to start targeting younger generations and stop relying on the safe conservative older customers who are not going to be around for ever.
