App doesn’t load on late version iPhone

Poor experience immediately. Can’t load the app. ‘Loading’ shows continuously. VERY disappointed!!!

What? I can’t hear!

Can’t hear the translation even with volume up full. Poliglu advised to return the item to them at our own cost. Cost to return item via post is half the cost of the purchase price. Poor customer service.
