Poliglu Translator

EDIT: after some time I received a response from the developer. The new app works!! This is what I wanted when I bought the Poliglu device. I have yet to use it in my travels since we returned from France 2 weeks ago but I anticipate it will be helpful. Thanks for listening! Like others, the Poliglu app will not load on my iPhone 14 Pro. I downloaded the MUAMA app and it does connect but the volume controls are useless and the translation is barely audible. This needs a fix!

I have problem to open this app and download my Poliglu Translator

Will not load Without the app it is unusable Polyglu App will not load on 1phone15 received on 05.09.2024. Tech support answered indicated it is working on a fix. Will not issue a return authorization. Device is currently usless

Why would you sell a device that only works if the app on your phone had to be open and running? I could literally just use my cell phone with google translator etc and get the same results for free! $100 down the drain.

Stuck on loading

Can someone please explain why this app says nothing but loading when I am trying to use it?

I have tried redownloading and this app is frozen on the loading screen. Been stuck on loading for 15 minutes both times.

Trash! Buyer beware

Purchased 4 for family and friends. App freezes and can’t download. Although cute I’m not looking for cute I was it to function Dont waste your time

Recently received this device from a friend and I attempted to install it. It gets stuck on a screen that says it is loading. Tried it on 2 iPhones a 12 and 14 same result. Contacted the company and was told it was outside the returnable limit so I am out of luck. Would not recommend this to anyone.
