Can’t pass the box asking if I live in EU

Once you open the app they ask you if you live or not in the European Union and if you agree or not to there new policies. No matter what you click on, nothing it’s happening. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest iOS update. That’s not my phone the issue.
