New to app however i can’t establish an account due to broken password authentication screen.

I’ve been using my controller & app for a couple of years, still hoping for solar info on the app - sigh. The latest update (3.07) keeps disconnecting the app from the controller, even though I’m 30’ from the controller, same excellent wifi as always. Ugh…

Disregard previous negative reviews on this product as it has been updated many times since these poor reviews and they no longer apply. Aqua Cal’s support and response is great. Don’t hesitate to invest in the Poolsync radio. I bought the Poolsync app to run my Aqua Cal heat pump and liked it so much I bout the ChlorSync to go with it. Great products. This app allows me to connect to my heat pump and see the current pool temp. It allows me full control over temperature settings and scheduling. We can be out with friends and set the pool temp higher while out and about and come home to a pool party. It also controls my Chlorsync chlorine generator and tells me salt level and percentage of cell life remaining.

I just got my pool finished, and Around october 2022 the app told me my app couldn’t update so i called and got a free new pool sync antenna and it works now but now I can’t have a schedule set up in my app nor can i open my app away from home like i did 4 months ago that from anywhere i could control my heater 🤬

Absolute garbage app. Overly basic and a bad user experience. Updated the software and now I can’t set a schedule. Wow. Hot trash!

No integration with Alexa/Google, Home Assistant! No schedule! No available API! You guys need a new developer, the App is important as much as the Unit itself nowadays

I specifically chose this brand due to remote control functionality. After a forced update, 75% of the time the app does not see the unit. The 25% of time it does, the scheduling functionality is no longer there - but the unit still has it in memory. So now I cannot remotely control the unit or edit the schedule. The phone number of the company doesn’t pick up on weekends yet the update was rolled out and they know everyone will have this issue. Now I have unhappy guests.

Why did you remove this???? Bring it back asap

About 15 months ago I bought an Aquacal pool heater. From day one it had a scheduling function that was easy to use and I loved it as I only swam on weekends and therefore could leave the heat off during M-W and let it warm up Th/F so that S/S would be perfect. About a month ago they revamped the app and all functionality was gone. I connected with them and they told me due to a safety update, if I made some simple modifications with parts they supplied, I would get that functionality back. The techs were AMAZINGLY helpful, and within a week I got not only the normal functionality back, the app now allows me to control other things. I am truly excited about my purchase again.

PoolSync recently forced users to update their app removing the temperature set point scheduling feature. Removing the ability to schedule my pool Heatpump hot water supply temperature setpoint base on time of day. Bye blowing away this app feature you people single handily completely destroyed the electric energy saving feature. You people removed my energy management savings, (Time scheduled temperature set point programming). You have fail all of us your customer’s and yourself. What are you thinking with energy cost rising. Unfortunately zero stars was not an option. They will sell you a system and remove the features you paid for afterwords.
