I have deleted and reinstalled.. still couldn’t work. Very frustrating

Pls improve your app

No payment option

The payment option went missing.

Buggy. Terrible UX.

Used the app for only a few minutes and then I gave up. Too many issues; I don’t know where to start. Was hoping the reviews have been addressed since they’ve been a few years old but no.

App crashes frequent

The back button sometimes disappears after selecting an item. I have to force app to close and reselect filters to locate my last browsing spot.

TERRIBLE

Been trying to login to my account when I’ve already signed up but I just can’t seem to. Please fix!

App crashes so have to head to the website to shop

On IOS it is impossible to load apps and it crashes. Hence it is impossible to browse anything what more shop. Sigh

I remember when the POPLOOK app used to give so much trouble: updates that weren’t there, the credit card screen was so glitchy it was impossible to pay. But the app team actually pulled up their socks. I used it yesterday and was surprised by how much easier it was. It remembered the store credit code I entered but haven’t used. Payment was easier although I did get a null error message at one point but payment was confirmed anyway. The colour option charts still a bit glitchy but overall, works where it matters.

App is not loading after new update

After updating the app, the items won’t load and I cannot view any of the items. The app also kept lagging. Please help to fix the issue!

Terrible app

Can I not give it this app any stars? App will frequently freeze and closes by itself, logging in is sometimes impossible, saving items to carts are a nightmare cos things just don’t get saved... i gave up. Terrible app. You’re better off browsing/buying items online.

Not connectivity

It was working fine last year but currently it just stops working. A message prompted saying that there is not internet connectivity & now it just stops working at all. When opening the app, it just shows an blank page. Please rectify this issue asap.
