I will anti watson and block buy from Watson Price expensive Lousy customer service Cnt request cancel order and return refund order I will no longer purchase from Watson Block and Anti Watson

There is no option for me to select any nearby stores for the collect. Please correct it. Thanks.

Extremely Unreliable and Confusing

Been trying to sign in to get a Watsons Club Card for last three days. Spoke to countless Customer Support who not only did not succeed in helping me but have wasted my time in a roundabout chase to get a card. Why confuse the customers with two different signups? One for card and one for E-shopper account? Merge the two and provide step-by-step guide to assist shoppers. You have lost me to Guardian because this is a waste of my time and energy. And while talking to your online Customer Support, she suggested I walked into the store where the charges for the card is double (RM20) the online card (RM10). Totally no help at all. You’ve lost me to Guardian.

Malaysia do things really for 1 kind only. Only allow to sign up the mobile phone with malaysia number. What’s the point asking Singaporean to sign up malaysia Watson member. Damn stupid

Apps review

the Apps is not user friendly. shipping address not able to just select from the stored address, credit card details also need to re input again. also, must use a malaysia phone number, cannot use oversea phone number, this is too restricted as foreigner with oversea phone cannot register as member. and the promo code entry is also problem, will need to wait for 20mins later then can try again. the chats service keys on the phone is also not normal, supposed just hit the enter then it should be ok but here will required you to hit the return again.

too many rubbish notification on daily basis

please refrain from sending push notifications about deals that are not even attractive at all. it’s super irritating when you need to swipe away at least 2x every day. you may want to categorise ads for us to choose the type of ads that we’re keen to get push notification for. i’m going to disable the notification until you improve it. ok thanks bye

Being scammed to change new card - Worst Service

It’s a freaking terrible experience dealing with your system and customer service team. 1. Why does changing a new card require changing a new phone number and email address? 2. Didn't communicate clearly that I need to go through such a trouble for logging in your app 3. Email responded that I can only use MY number to log in, but I already told them this is the issue I face. I'm looking for a solution, not repeating the issue. 4. My Mum’s account was allegedly registered with 2 cards. Need to waste time to request for refunds. 5. Found out that my card can still be used until 2029, but the staff told me that it has to be changed. One of the worst experiences I have ever had for a MNC. You're wasting time of your employees and your customers, Watson.

Can’t focus on buying

Whenever I open up the app to make a purchase, the app keeps prompting me to enable notifications and it’s really annoying.

Member card

Your cashier told me that if I register in Malaysia, I also can use it at Singapore. But why I can’t register with my Singapore numbers.
