Glitch after Bunzo toy collected and scanned??

Hello, This game has been great and my son has completed it many times, however the last 5 or so times he has gone through & he has collected the Bunzo toy and put it in the scanner and the door opens, there is no floor (which there should be) and you drop down and he can’t get past it into the next section (vents?). We have tried to get the toy again and the same thing happens. We have also deleted the app and re-installed and started from the beginning again. Is this a glitch or something easily fixed? Thank you.

Please add poppyplaytime chapter 3 to mobile this game was great and I know chapter 3 on mobile would be better

Chapter 1 was to short chapter 2 was just right chapter 2 also made me think more about the lore this game deserves five stars well done mob games well done

Could be a bit better

It so good but it has some bugs so yea

I love it but there’s one problem

When I get to the mommy long legs chase part during the end it makes me load for so long and I hate it pls fix it

Make bunzo easier?

I would love if there was an option to make bunzo bunny minigame sooo much easier and will project playtime come on mobile? My pc is trash
