• renewing drug prescription online (when medical consultation is not required)

Important:
We care about the security of your data. It is mandatory to sign the "Regulations for the provision of electronic services" in one of LUX MED medical center's to get full access to your account.
Downloading and using the application may involve standard data charges, according to the operator's tariff.
Making calls to the LUX MED helpline through the application is associated with standard charges for telephone calls, in accordance with the contract concluded for mobile telephony services.

Additional information:
Medical specialists have access to the patient's medical records, they can commission research or issue referrals.
Remember that the basic account gives access only to the limited functionality of the Portal.

Constant bugs

Lately every time I press “schedule an appointment” I get only a white screen, no buttons. Closing and opening the app for 10 times didn’t solve the problem. How am I supposed to schedule my appointments? Luxmed get better!

Całkiem OK, ale

ale szczegóły dobijają UX. Już na wstępie, jeszcze przed uruchomieniem aplikacji, nie zgłasza się ona przy wyszukiwaniu po nazwie w telefonie, bo w nazwie zwyczajnie ma ma słowa „LuxMed”. W związku z czym telefon proponuje do ściągnięcia z AppStroe inną aplikację o tej samej nazwie. No ludzie, no… Dalej, po włączeniu FaceID, po każdym włączeniu aplikacji trzeba potwierdzić komunikat, że aplikacja została wylogowana. Po co? Przecież użytkownicy telefonów są do tego przyzwyczajeni. Jeśli już chcecie, to zamieśćcie to info na steonie głównej, ale dialog modalny jest uprzykrzenie życia. Ostatecznie brakuje tez możliwości połączenia kalendarza wizyt do systemowego. Nie mówię tu o dodaniu pojedynczego wydarzenia, ale całego kalendarza, który byłyby automatycznie aktualizowany po złożeniu nowych rezerwacji, czy tez w szczególności ich modyfikacji. Identyczną funkcjonalność można udostępnić z poziomu strony www innym użytkownikom. To podstawowa funkcja która w wymierny sposób mogłaby ograniczyć liczbę wizyt odwołanych na ostatnią chwilę w wyniku niedopatrzeń w planowaniu czasu.

No appts available

I tried all locations and all times for several different services up til 6 months away. Nothing available. Useless. Just go in person and get an appt.

Much to improve

Add an option to the patient e-card on the app and/or a downloadable option to add the e-card to the Apple wallet

I tried to schedule a general and specialist consult but all results show that nothing is available for the next 2 months at any location or any time.

Aplikacja działa ok ale dlaczego wszystkie wizyty mają nazwę „umówienie wizyty u ...”? W końcu ta wizyta została już umówiona. Czy nie więcej sensu byłoby tytułować: -Umówiona wizyta u ... Albo - Wizyta u ...

Fatalna aplikacja.

Kolejna wersja fatalnej aplikacji. Nie można ustawić żadnych preferencji np: języka czy domyślnych lekarzy. Mimo, że Luxmed wie o mnie wszystko to dalej na głównym ekranie mam Ginekologa, czemu?
