Leider hat sich die App verschlechtert… Sehr kompliziert und nicht durchschaubar. Ich werde meine Bank wechseln.

Unfortunately this app has not too many useful features. I wanted to check/change the PIN of the card I rarely use. The only feature in this app and bank is checking the statement. The new PIN I could get by post :/ It’s definitely super old fashion bank and they are years behind the competitors :/

Поки це найгірший банк. Після реєстрації в відділені через декілька днів поштою отримав карту, потім ще за тиждень отримав пін код до неї. Я місяць чекав на лист з кодом для додатку. І ось прийшов лист… І виявилось, щоб активувати додаток - потрібно ще зареєструватися в іншому додатку - BestSign, в якому для завершення активації потрібно ввести код, який прийде поштою!🤬 Це абсурд!!! Postbank - в 2023 році у всіх людей є мобільні телефони, присилайте коди туди! Чому ви робите процес реєстрації таким довгим і нудним?

This app is definitely worst banking app ever! Even previous one (that sucked also) was better. Now in order to make transfer I am making every month for years I have to write down Recipient’s IBAN because it is not saved anymore and I can not copy past inside the app. I think I am going to give up on Postbank sooner then I thought.

Brak podglądu na karty kredytowe, okrojona wersja. Stara wersja była o wiele lepsza.

Ich bin total unzufrieden mit dem neuen App. Immer wieder Änderungen und Umstände.
