Very poor app

Support is delay as always. OTP not working, difficult to use this service.

Incredible

This app is the real McCoy. I say so because I am an expat in the UAE trying to build my credit score. This application makes payment in instalments a breeze. It places no impediments in your way under the guise of encouraging responsible shopping habits. My purchase was approved instantaneously without any hassle. I highly recommend it. I would, however, like to add that the developer should consider extending the period for splitting payments to four months, like the competition, instead of three. That apart, there are no cons thus far.

Doesn’t work at all

No Action on my complains

I mistakenly paid installment for the month of May instead of April. I message them right away and receive an email that they understand my situation and confirm to me that my next payment will be next month, however they keep trying to deduct the same amount for the same month. It will not be 3 installment if i let them do that!!!! I message them again and it looks like they have a scripted answer coz i receive the same content of reply from 3 different postpay customer service.

Very Poor App Support

I downloaded the app updated my details and when tried to connect with support team through “Get in touch” section adding all the files of my purchase. The app returned message Unknown Error Code 422.

Rubbers and scam -they charge you and do not deliver

I was charged for the order which was not completed from their end. They promised me to refund back with the amount however instead of refunding it back - they charged me again for the same amount. I send them emails more than 5 times and they reply with auto email. They just steal your money. Do NOT use this service.

Your camera scan license is expired!!

Tried to sign up many times , every time i scan my emirates id , it says license expired , and a it direct you to another page where it promotes business solutions..

School fees through Zenda app

I am trying to pay school fees since last 2 weeks they keep declining, Contacted them for reason they said its need approval , which will take a month at least , strange!!
