No way to report an issue besides here
There’s no easy way to report an issue to the devs of this app besides to leave 1 star review and hope they see it. I have the visa elite signature CC. Whenever I click on it from within the app, it begins to load the Account History page and eventually says, “It looks like there is an issue on our end. Please try again in a little while.” Tapping on OK reverts you back to the main screen, unable to view anything further regarding my CC account.. if you tap outside of the OK / message window then you can continue to browse the history page but it’s completely empty with no transaction history what so ever.. Closing and reloading the app never fixes this. It’s been like this for months, my guess is that is due to no one being able to easily report the issue. My suggestion to devs? Give us an easy ‘report’ button that sends a detailed summary of phone data (model, iOS version, app version, etc) along with a screenshot of what the user is currently seeing. That will make EVERYONES lives better. Trust me.
