This product has issues. Bluetooth continues to drop out. I’m constantly resetting it.

This thing constantly disconnects!! And after powering off the main control pack to try and reconnect the device is still is operating!! Poorly crafted stim unit for the price!!! Do not buy! I tried to work with this thing but you spend 10 min just trying to get started! Awful!

Not sure why the app & connections are working better now. I had complications with the Bluetooth setup in the past but it’s good now. No complaints

The device is seen and connects to my phone but it doesn’t connect to the app this product was a waste of my money. I’ve uninstalled and removed the device from my phone and repaired it doesn’t work and expensive light is all it’s good for

Constant login errors. Don’t expect to use this when you really need it. Much better off buying a $40 wired tens unit from Amazon.

They require you to login now but when you creat an account and select the option of where you bought the product from you can’t move on to the next page. I’m unable to use.

I’ve read a bunch of Reddit posts about the App giving an Error Message after restarting that will not allow you to use the devise or App. This posts for from a Year ago and there is still no patch to fix it. Your main app crashes and you don’t immediately fix it? Come on Therabody

Was signed out of my account and am now trying to sign back in but after I confirm it gives me a constant error message and won’t let me use my Powerdot!!! FIX IT NOW!!!! 🤬
