PowerDot

I’ve had a PowerDot for years and it’s been a great addition to my recovery. The app no longer works. Highly disappointing

App has locked me out. My account has now deleted and comes up with an error message when trying to sign up

The dots are constantly disconnecting. I’m thinking they might be faulty. Am going to get in touch with them.

Been using it since I saw it on the move pod cast with Armstrong. Thirty mins On and it gets the stiffness out of the legs.

Had PowerDot for a while now. Suddenly 2 weeks ago stopped connecting. Support useless apart from standard reset suggestion and then washed their hands when discovered it was out of date. Purchased a new PowerDot and still won’t connect via Bluetooth. Avoid.

PowerDot is a great bit of kit and super UX on the app

Works well when it works, but after a month or so the 2 devices disconnect and reconnect multiple times until they eventually wont reconnect - cutting every session short and making the devices next to useless. I’m using them with a 14 pro max - not sure where the issue lies but could do with being fixed.

This product is wonderful and really effective. I have serious neck pains caused by a herniated disk and every time I have pain crisis and I used PowerDot my pain is eased a lot. Much more effective than acupuncture, massage or even pain killers. I definitely recommend it.
