Not so good…
Occasionally works well but mostly disappointing. Drops recordings and fails to upload frequently. I fight with it so much that it is often quicker to just complete my documentation the old way.

Does not pair properly with computer. Big problem !
This app has potential but clearly not ready for prime time. Due to security constraints, half the time I can’t get it to “pair”. Their desire to make the product unusable for non-payers have made it impossible to use for legitimate payers. Shame.
Please update to support newest version of iOS.
I have been enjoying using this app to dictate into Epic. One day, it popped up an error saying the phone is “jailbroken” (it’s not!) and the app stopped working. Uninstall/Reinstall did nothing. There seems to be no access to customer service and my hospital can’t help since it’s an app issue. Back to endless typing for now.
Horrible!
Impossible to configure with the correct URL and user name.
External microphone connected to the lightning port on iphone does not work with this app. Hopefully the future updates will change that.
Thanks Nuance. I'll stick with 5.0.6 on my M2 MacBook. With it, I can dictate directly on my Macbook without using the crappy iPhone app and tying up the use of my phone. Why are you so anti-consumer?
What is a good aternative? This is trash.
