Can’t login

Excited as I just received my new Powerroam 1200 unit. I was eager to look through all the features, but unfortunately even after resetting my password (which I also could not do on their website?) was still not able to login on the app. These little issues are expected with a new product or line and I understand. Really want these issues to get ironed out because I have high hopes for UGREEN.

never remembers connected devices

control works well enough but every time i open the app i have to re-pair.
