It may do more harm if breath movements are practiced incorrectly. As a yoga instructor myself, I would not use this app. Instructions by way of just few words aren’t safe to do these pranayama. Lots of revisions needed - Music syncronisation, instructions, timing, image motion & practice rules. Sorry but I would not recommend it in this current version.
