Very limited trial version
No wonder there are so few reviews.You only get one breathing exercise before you have to pay. You can do that one over and over but I was not pleased with it because they don’t even speak the instructions. You are supposed to read the screen during the whole breathing exercise. Not what I was hoping for.
Purchase Does Not Unlock Additional Excercises
Premium is sold as "unlock additional exercises", however, as another reviewer commented - additional exercises are not actually given upon purchase.
Only 4 techniques, even with premium
Disappointed to see that after upgrading no additional techniques appeared, only access to the 4 shown from the beginning. The timing is helpful but this app is not with purchasing for 4 basic and widely known options.
Just starting
I used to practice pranayama but haven’t for quite a while. I like the app because it takes care of the rhythm and timing.
