Premiership Rugby

Whilst useful for the men’s rugby, it’s a shame it doesn’t show data for the women’s teams too.

Very basic app. I have found no way to learn more about the individual teams. There aren’t even links to the team web sites. In my opinion this functionality should be added to the table listing so when you tap on a team you’re taken to their website.

Highlights don’t show up at all. Nor does anything in that page.

Really helpful app for anyone who watches rugby, easy to keep updated!

Kept crashing for hundreds of fans meaning they couldn’t access their ticket. It was absolute carnage. Allow us the option to print the ticket!

I only used this to view my tickets to the premiership final. Keeps resetting and logging you out. Takes 24 hrs to transfer tickets to family members coming with me and then on the day struggled to view the qr code as limited reception at Twickenham with the crowds. Very poor experience compared to other apps for similar.

I used this App for one purpose, to add in a ticket purchased by my brother for this coming weekends Premiership Final. After entering the code, you couldn’t navigate to the accept button! There were other navigation issues when trying to scroll through parts of the site,.. if my engineers could reduced this and QA team passed, there would be consequences! Also tried to book parking, but simply not possible, despite having an option to book tickets and parking!

Been through the painful process of buying tickets for the final on this app. Really hard to navigate around and find seats and then unhelpful process to buy. Don’t get confirmation of your seat and have now spent 20 minutes trying to download a ticket for the game but their directions are rubbish so still trying. Rugby deserves so much more.

So hard to redeem tickets. You enter the code and it does nothing. So you have to go back to the home screen and then back to your ticket area and then the ticket shows. They also ask you a ridiculous amount of personal data (GDPR?) to get a ticket in the app

The app is old tech and very difficult to use, it freezes and in order to download the shared tickets you have to completely log out of the app and log back in for it to recognise that they have been sent over. Poor design
