Poor UX

Bad interface, it’s slow, there’s too much going on. The last one was simple and clean looking and the 6N was default. If you wanted to look at the women’s or U20 you had to select it. This lags terribly too.

What happened

This app used to be great, it was simple, easy to navigate things like matches, tables, news etc and now it is just a mess

Helpful detail

This app should copy one of the features of the Premier League app: depending on the country you're in, it should automatically display which TV app or channel plays each game. They'll be easier to find, wherever you are, especially when travelling.

Default

Why are you forcing me to pick the tournament every time I go to the app. You know which one is the interesting one for 99% of the users

Export dates to iCal?

Hey great to see the fixtures etc but what about a way to export dates to calendar? (I don’t want to check the app for fixtures and see the scores before I’ve watched on VOD)

Unfortunately full of errors

I’d like to point out some of the issues with your app: 1. Player info in “lineups” is missing data for “all-time statistics” (either zeros or errors; eg Owen Farrell has scored more than 8 points all-time and the data isn’t even a reflection of his scoring in this tournament, where he has scored 12 points). 2. Birthplace is missing for all players. 3. All other data is shown as zero. 4. Match data is full of too many issues to list (yellow cards erroneous , only three tries listed in “Tries - Players” (???), Any chance these could be cleaned up? It’s a pity, because the navigation is good

App not updating

And review text is white on white background. Seriously crap experience

I enjoy all the rugby news and try to keep up with all the internationals games as I live in the USA. I am originally from Wales and I love the game . I will be home for the World up next year. Phil Bennett was one of my all time great’s. Love for you to do a segment on some of the past players . Like where are they now. It seems we only get to hear about them when they are not well. Rugby fanatic Kevin.

Local time

The app doesn’t automatically detect users’ local time. Come on! That’s a basic feature in 2021.

Update the U20s Fixtures!

Come on people, it’s almost round 3 and the 2020 U20s fixtures still hasn’t been updated. What we have currently (2020.02.17) are the results for the 2019 season for all 5 rounds. Nice if you are a (recent) rugby history buff but clearly useless for this of us who live in the now. I’m going 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 ⭐️ until this gets sorted. It’s enuf to put one off one’s Guinness!
