Prepaid TWINT & andere Banken

Hello, I can’t register. After submitting my phone no and giving the verification code I put down my personal info, but the app shows an error message: ‘’’ An error has occurred (error code 15). Please call the TWINT for a solution. ‘’’ The support is phone only, business hours only, and a premium number. I’m on holiday and just want to pay for a parking and it’s evening already. It’s a terrible UX and a terrible idea. IMHO it would be better to just put a contactless card reader in the parking machine (but to be fair this is not in the app developers). Please fix the registration issue, I’m happy to give you additional details but not on a premium-rate number. Cheers, Igor

Now as the watch unlocks an iPhone with iOS 14.5 it would be nice to also unlock TWINT with the watch otherwise I still need to take off my mask to pay.

I use prepaid to protect my bank account. Just purchased a 200 chf coupon and cannot redeem it for an entire year, apparently reached a limit (no notice whatsoever in the app). Let's see if this thermo print keeps that long. The app did not give me any hint that I might be close to a limit. It expects you to keep track of everything by hand, not even a csv export is possible. beware.
