prepaid TWINT & other banks

For tourists it’s very annoying not to be able to register as they doe not have a swiss mobile number or a swiss bank account. As most vendors only support Twint (and e.g. not Paypal) one cannot by local swiss produce from farmer shops.

App does not support Dutch phone numbers or Dutch banks. Very annoying as it is often the only digital payment method in Swiss establishments.

Why is the app not working with a +31 country code? There are many Dutch people with a Dutch phone number in Switzerland and we would also like to use TWINT. Please solve this problem & we will be very thankful!! Kind regards

Leider nicht mit +31 Country Code zu brauchen. Wohl ein BEKB Rechnung aber keine Schweizer Handy. Wann wird es möglich mit +31 Twint zu actieveren.

Even if you register with a Swiss mobile phone number (other numbers don’t work), verification will fail and you are required to upload documents only Swiss citizens have. It’s a shame that Twint is more and more required to pay as the only cashless option while it can’t be used by foreigners.

Gives error code 15. How difficult is it to at least say what error code 15 means? This is very bad.

Registration is not possible! Error code 15. I tried a couple of time since it’s the only cashless option for parking in many places but keep getting this error. No customer support at all. The error says call us but they don’t share a phone number.
