First of all, the first time i tried calling they hung up on my face and they didn’t even let me finish, they are rude and disrespectful, i decided to give it another chance but its just disrespectful.

I’ve been calling the base for a cab to go to work and come back home and every time I call the base for both rounds it’s $16 each round. I decided to use the app today for the first time and they charged me $25 although they see the history that I’ve been using the cab company and I’ve been charged $16 They still let the app charge me $25. They didn’t do anything to assist me or accommodate me. I will never use the service again.

First of all, I CALL my local prestige dispatch for a car maybe 5 times a week for work, and they’ll answer with attitudes, drivers don’t show up half the time, I'm forced to call again and receive more attitude. So I thought maybe using the app would be more productive being that I don’t have to deal with their employees directly. But unfortunately the app is useless. They’ll allow you to add a debit card for a form of payment but ONLY take credit cards ?? Plus, they charged my debit a dollar and change to verify it had a balance but then wouldn’t charge it for the actual ride?? Waste of time.

Notice how all the good reviews are by fake accounts made by prestige. Why download the prestige app when I can use Uber for the same price and Uber offers member points and usually are cheaper the prestige, what in your mind makes you think you are the Uber app
