Every time I tried to look for my device even if its connected to internet, the app runned in the background (with refresh allowed) it couldn’t locate it. It’s only working if I directly open the app (when I set the device to missing) and the wait for 10-20 seconds. It’s unreal that somebody who stole my phone (since I have a passcode) will open this app, and wait. Unless you modify the app, in a way that it can do everything it should without directly triggering the app, it’s useless. I am very sad about this. I use it since the first version and I always thougt that someday this app can help me out, but unfortunatelly, it can’t. (For now) Hope you will fix it. Best regards

Nagyon szuper progi!! Mar kétszer sikerült az ellopott/elhagyott telefont vissza szerezni... Bár sajnos mind a két esetben kórházba került a "becsületes megtaláló" :D

Nekem jelenleg nem működik iphone 5. Amikor elsőnek használtam király volt, de lehet az 1.1 óta nem megy. Unreachable a státusz ha átállítom missingre. Semmilyen riport nem érkezik. Pedig minden engedve van a telón. Valakinek ötlet??? Amúgy 5.

Al parecer la aplicación tiene problemas de bugs, al intentar abrir las herramientas que ofrece dentro del perfil de usuario. En iOS 17.5.1 iPhone 15 pro

En base a mi experiencia considerando que me cree una cuenta gratuita solo para probarla sin contratar ningún plan que ofrecen, la cuenta gratuita debería funcionar igual de bien pero no sirvió para nada cuando me robaron mi iPhone, en resumen, si la cuenta gratuita no sirve de nada, entonces que queda para los planes que ofrecen, es una pérdida de dinero no lo contraten, si hubiese funcionado la cuenta gratuita cumpliendo lo que promete la app, hubiese contratado un plan a ojos cerrados pero por mi experiencia puedo deducir que no sirve de nada esta app.
