Customer service
We have been trying to figure out our flight situation for almost 5 hours (mainly on hold) just for employees (supervisors) to hang up on us when they were getting frustrated. We kept getting transferred all around with no help it’s now 8:00 pm with 7 days till my flight and not another flight booked since it was cancelled. We have now had to give up and try in the morning since there was “no” managers around to talk.
