Very poor experience, You can’t even see the item ordered after paying. Need to reach support to enable this and see the order. Would never recommend

This company is fraud. I have booked by giving rs 1000 in advance. They never delivered milk and never refunded my money.

This is one of the worst Applications that I have on my phone. They took the payment of the bill twice as the app kept crashing after I entered the CC OTP, and when I asked them to get one of the amount refunded, the customer service guys said just use it against future orders (I think that should be my call) I called them 3 times and all three times I had to kind of fight to put my point forth. Now I get my credit card bill with both charges. I have started using Provilac only for the ease of use, it is just easy, I don’t have to call them for anything, even if I want to make changes from alternate day delivery to everyday, it is a click of a button

I have an iphone 13 and I am unable to place an order in the app, it does not go beyond the cart page (to the payment page). The “menu” (it should be account button imo) does not work & the app crashes. I have almost Rs2000+ stored in my wallet and this is frustrating.

Pride of cows products are really good but the app has been frustrating ever since it was introduced. Not designed well for those who subscribe intermittently, say, if I need a product alternate days or need them only on weekends then it gets really cumbersome. Most recently I noticed I just can’t get beyond login screen as the keyboard appears on top of ‘send otp’ button. All options suggested by apple doesn’t work for hiding the keyboard (I use iPhone 14 Pro with most recent os update). Also if I go to ‘terms and conditions’ there’s no way to return -except by killing the app.

I am unable to login. I can enter my mobile number and agree to terms and conditions. I can not see Send OTP button but numeric keypad.

They will deduct money and show delivered and the milk will never get delivered. You have to fight with them every morning for milk. They will come after you with different promo code and discounts and take money but wont deliver anything. Hence not advisable to take this subscription

When trying to open the menu in the app, the app crashes. Unable to cancel delivery on the days delivery not needed.
