The app payment gateway is utterly confusing and displays wrong payment bills to be cleared. The App is very poorly designed and payment gateway always gets hanged. The App does not dispatch delivery even after they accept the payment. This way you will lose your customers.

I paid 999 for a offer on milk service deliver in West Delhi, the application accepted my details and payment went through. The day the milk was scheduled to be delivered it was declined - why because it was not in the service area. Ok! When will you refund the money 7 working days. So my questions why it was so hard to put a basic check on the service area and why to fool the customer.

They have the worst service i have experienced !so un professional staff 👎what ever time u ask ,they will deliver products as per their convenience ! I will never reccoment pride of cow produts to anyone 👎customer care is zero i will give 0 star for their service

They made us shift to prepaid to be able to use the app for scheduling & rescheduling ! They said for postpaid you will have to reschedule/ schedule through wassap chat ! After shifting to prepaid, All I’m able to do is cancel a scheduled order… If I’m falling short of milk, need to add / edit quantity, it just doesn’t work ! Eventually have to resort to wassap It’s so so inconvenient to keep doing this for daily/ weekly changes Their usual response is to delete & re install app but that just doesn’t change anything at all ! So fed up … Once my prepaid balance is over , shifting to another milk service for sure

All they want is to make money. prepaid services is absolutely baseless. App doesn’t work on apple phone. Even after paying in advance app is not usable also the milk stops comming with any further notice In spite of having balance in acc. Accessing the app is never tougher than before

Extremely unhappy with the move to new prepaid model. I am a working person and don’t have time to keep track prepaying. Also if you do this, atleast send reminders that prepaid booking is coming to end. I was travelling and for 2 days there was no milk delivery. All prepaid services send reminders to customers for renewal payment. Atleast have the decency to do that. Have been a loyal customer for many years, but am now actually considering discontinuing and moving to someone else.

No reminders in low balance, subscription end dates…since post paid facility was stopped!! Not very happy at all

Bit of nervous about it, as it is showing our delivery point by navigating the map, which is correct? But the address is not specific and we can not edit the address. On the very first day, the delivery boy called me in the early morning for delivery as not getting the exact location. Plz, allow us to edit our customer profile. Suhas.

Since repeated calls to rectify the app is not considered since last 9 months

We are getting milk for a couple of years. The new system of only pre-paid and vacation mode is completely crappy. If it cannot be made better we would terminate our association with you. Anupam Chaturvedi
