Was so excited to start this process. Ongoing problems with the app, lost days - inability to use multiple options in app. Rapid response from tech support although 2wks out without resolution. Time to move on. Will b requesting refund.
It charged me $100 instead of the $5.00 of the promotion. I wanted to try it for a month and it charged me a whole year.
This app and there customer service is garbage. I have tried to sign in after paying for the app and it keeps wanting me to answer all the question. I requested a refund 30 minutes after I signed up and keep getting the same dumb answer to click already a member. It will not allow me passed the answering of the questions. I have sent prime screenshots and a screen record and again keep telling me to click on already a member. COMPLETE GARBAGE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A JOKE.
All i can say is i’ve been doing this app for 6 days and Ive already lost 5 lbs.

They trap you into the subscription and you have no way out. The app is worthless. I’m pretty certain you can count the number of hours you need to fast. There are tons of better apps that incorporate fasting. You do not need an app just for this.

This app has no valuable features to use! Only function is to remind you of drinking water and logging that you started your fasting daily. Don’t subscribe to it!!!!
