When trying to order a print for pickup the app takes me through the steps, but when I get to selecting the options I want for the print, the screen goes blank. This has happened with multiple tries. Makes the app unusable for my needs.

Paid £20 for my print jobs to fail. I want a refund

After reading so many positive reviews, I thought it would be a breeze to print my document using the Printt app. However, the app first sent me to a locked door, next to a printer that didn’t work and third left aimlessly walking around a park with no sign of where the printer should have been. However, I like to give companies a chance to redeem themselves before I say anything derogatory, so since I was in London and still, an hour and a half later, really needed the document printed, I walked over to their headquarters which I found in a “wework” shared office. The helpful wework receptionist sent a message to the Printt person in charge, but after a 15 minute wait, no one appeared and now I was very late in sending my document. I was able to finally get the document printed through the kindness of the receptionist, but am now using this platform to inform you of the difficulties you may have when using the app since I was denied the opportunity to tell them face-to-face. I don’t recommend counting on this company if you have time dependent documents or do not like wasting your time looking for printers that may or may not exist and may or may not work.

The one time I got something to print it came out half off the paper and the other 15+ times the server has an error or something. Sorry to all the students that have to rely on this like I do.

Never works. Documents won’t upload to the app and can’t upload online either

Cool concept but poor execution. The printers are down a lot. Either no ink, toner, paper or just plan broke. Print delivery takes around 2 days which Is good but “due to high volume” has been in black and white for months. I work on my laptop so i have to upload on the website but have to then go in app to print which is annoying. Fix these issues and I would be happy.

The app or the printer is always not being able to work successfully

most useless, brain dead, incapable app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. if I ever have to use the self service on this ever again it might result in my death or significant property damage as I crash out

App used to be great but after the recent overhaul has become unusable. Bugs encountered on almost every step and ultimately unable to print. Please revert to the old app and test thoroughly before releasing new updates!

I click on sign in and it doesn’t work. There’s a screen to manually enter code and it won’t allow you type anything into it. There’s always a new bug with every update
