Priority Matrix

I really don't understand why the subs are so expensive, even if it is for the pro version. I pay $83 per year for Office 360 which is feature & app packed, allows 6 users, each with 1TB, 60 mins of Skype out p/m, allows for collaboration etc. PM isn’t even half as polished, it has the look and feel of a second tier app and to make matters worse you can now get similar apps at much much much lower price points. Comparing the subs and the fact that PM is a one trick pony there is really no value proposition. This is more so given the fact that this matrix can easily be implemented in any word processing or spreadsheet software. Hack, you can even have the headings of each quadrant as a simple list which will still capture the essence of the approach. Appfluence needs to realise that in a world where we are increasingly being asked to subscribe for more and more services the pricing of PM just doesn’t make sense.

I find this app very useful to help me prioritise my work.

As a manager I confidently know that my team is working only on my identified priorities. Easy to use and integrates well in outlook & teams and iOS app.

Perhaps for corporate use-maybe- but doubtful. For what this program barely is its a $5 app. Thinking its worth $130 PER YEAR is beyond outlandish. More expensive than Microsoft Office and some people’s cell phone bills. Come on kids. Get real

It is very bad.

I loved this app and it was very useful in organizing my thoughts, ideas, and to do lists. With the newest update they are trying to charge me for basic use of the app. The app is also unusable right now, as I can’t find my previous matrixes and there are many points where you can’t go to the last page and the only way to get back is by restarting the app.

Coming back to change my rating. The update is both visually worse and less user friendly without any added benefits. The change to the organization does not improve or clarify anything. Additionally, just to add insult to the inefficiency, I lost all of my active projects in the update in exchange for my projects and to do lists from over four years ago.

I have been using this app for years. Easily handle my work and personal tasks in the same view. One or two clicks interactions with the software are the main feature I like together with quadrant organization. For me even native iPhone app for tasks can’t match the simplicity and versatility of the matrix

THE SORT BY COLOR FEATURE IN WINDOWS VERSION
