Bought this years ago. Now they want payment every month for a 2x2 square. I’m not a cow that needs milked!!!

From favourite to abysmal, bad to worse!
Dec 2024: that’s it, I’m saying goodbye to this app. Functionality has dropped off a cliff and the developer seems to be pursuing 365 integration for teams over individual usability. This is no longer a workable app. Older review: This used to be my favourite app over 5+ years but now since the most recent update it’s totally unusable. Not sure who the developer canvassed for input but it can’t have been existing users. This is now a total waste of my subscription. The app now requires way more steps, harder to use, clunky and gets stuck waiting for connection, flicks randomly between screens. All in all a total disaster of an upgrade. I’m a business and personal user. Developer please wake up.

Very Expensive. Not Obvious it Is a Subscription App
I like Priority Matrix but it isn’t worth $150 per year. The App Store listing does not make it clear that this is a very expensive subscription app. Wasted a lot of time setting up then deleting an account. Still not sure whether I am going to be charged. Very dishonest.
Purchase and subscribe not entirely clear
This looks a great app but when downloaded I find that it is a trial, still can’t find for how long and that minimum purchase or subscription is $12 a month. Deleted the app. Please make the proposition clearer. Would save download and account set up which is now not going to be used. Shame I was looking forward to using the app for my projects.
Wonderful
I am a busy man and have relied on a variety of different productivity in combination to get organised. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review, but this really is an outstanding app. Customised to your individual taste, allows me to add lots of details, attach files, links to calendar and free! I’ve used many expensive apps that quite frankly do not work as well as this. Strongly recommend to all.
Can’t fault it
First app that has really allowed me to effectively prioritise my tasks. Would like the ability to sync via iCloud if possible.

Number 1 business app
Managing demands and prioritising between must do and noise is imperative these days. It determines not just your effectiveness but also supports ones own health. This app runs throughout the day, sits on my laptop and iPad and seamlessly syncs. For me it's perfect
A very sensible way to allocate to-do's
Simple but useful implementation of the Eisenhower matrix, allowing the effective scheduling and delegation of to-do list items. Highly recommend as a higher dimension to the standard to-do
