Lately my device won’t update. I wish it gave more information.

Update
Since new update 3 days ago I have been unable to pair my device to my iPhone and get any information there seems to be a problem with the new update to the app
APP disconnects
The app is poorly designed it appears they know their is a fault but haven’t fixed it, the app disconnects from Bluetooth. It will not allow me to delete machine and pair up again. I terminated the pairing, waste of time. How about fixing the issue!!!!!!
Hilfreich aber ausbaufähig
Eigentlich ein gutes Tool was mit den richtigen Geräten gut funktioniert! Dich hie ist technisch noch viel mehr möglich, wann gibt eine Eingliederung an Applewatch oder zumindest die Gesundheitsdaten auf dem Mobilteil?? Hier hinkt die Technik dich noch viele Monde hinterher und wäre technisch sowie für den Anwender so sehr von nutzen!!!! Nicht hinsetzen, sonder Innovationen nach vorne bringen! Wir konnten das früher mal!
Does what it should, but could do more
It’s a good recorder of sleep duration, deep sleep and apnea. It would be nice if I could integrate the data with my Apple Health app. Any chance this could happen?
App in Ordnung
Ich vermisse in der Hystorie, dass man sich die vorherigen Daten ansehen kann und wann genau die Tiefschlaf-Phasen waren. Etc. es ginge so viel mehr mit der App
Verbinden nicht möglich
Habe heute das Gerät in weiß neu bekommen. Ich habe jetzt gefühlte dreißig mal versucht mit der prisma App auf meinen iPhone zu verbinden funktioniert leider nicht. Ich bekomme immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung Gerät wurde nicht gefunden.
Zeitraum Bericht funktioniert nicht
Hallo zusammen. Beim Erstellen des PDF Berichts kann man manuell das Start- und Enddatum auswählen. Leider wird das dann ignoriert und der Bericht für den ganzen Zeitraum erstellt.
