APP stopped & won’t turn on? :(
I enjoy using this app, but today I noticed it won’t open? I don’t want to remove the app as it will delete my files. Can you please respond as I’m up to date with all iOS software updates (17.4.1). Thanks 04.30.24

Hopeless
Just wouldn’t let me do a thing, no testing, no checking out the features, no getting to understand it’s abilities without having to first creating an account and handing over my personal information. Hopeless and very annoying! Why should I have to create an account before getting a feel for the app. Will now be deleting this app.
Not working for 20 months iPad Air 2
Prisma Labs have known since June/July 2022 that this app will not run on several models of iPad. Something to do with no way for the app to be granted permission to access Photos. App store will tell you it is compatible with your iPad. It is propably NOT. I have wasted two 12-month Prisma annual subscription terms waiting for a fix that has never happened. You have been warned. Feb 2023 update - Just received a developer response to my review suggesting I contact Prisma support. I *have* contacted Prisma support on three seperate occasions since the app stopped working in mid-2022, each time been told that they are working on a fix for the problem. It still doesnt run on iPad OS 15.x on an iPad Air 2.

Recent patch fixed all the bugs I was having. May be also be my imagination but feels like the app is rendering faster and with better quality. Keep up the good work devs!

Very disappointed
I have been using the Prisma app for six years or more…. It has been excellent up until a couple of days ago…. On my iPhone, 11 it has simply stopped. Uploading filtered photos….. I have contacted Prisma… they asked me to delete and upload again from the App Store. ….. I did so it is still not functioning at all. They say they will fix it but they have simply stopped responding to my email messages. I am very disappointed because I have really enjoyed sharing. Prisma filtered photos with folks I meet…… However, this seems to be the way that it is!!!!
Not impressed
The app just doesn’t work. It stopped working after three months. I got it working again after 8 months. Got charged without permission, for another 12 months and now most of the filters don’t work, just the rubbish ones
