I didn’t mean to subscribe to this app. It was supposed be a 3 day free trial only but it subscribed me for a year. Now there is a pending charge of $49.99 on my account. I immediately cancelled it but the charge is still pending so I can’t request a refund. I don’t want this app, I’ve deleted it. Please remove the charge.

I love that I could change artistic photos into original Artwork for our lounge wall
HAd trouble with it freezing on me but then I read to change settings to selected photos instead of all photos and that fixed the problem. I actually love this and it helps me with colours for my paintings I do from photos.
I need a refund ASAP. That one star doesn’t count. Money was deducted from my account as soon as the free trial began. I didn’t even get to try the app. It mentioned it was a free trial.

What happened to free Prisma? It appears no longer available on my iPad, and on my iPhone it malfunctions every time I try to open it... freezing or crashing. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing... nothing works. Any advice to rectify what was hitherto an enjoyable app?
