This service is good until half the time when it fails to connect to a vpn, and I keep thinking it is my internet connection being the problem, but connected to the wifi successfully without the vpn. I really hope this issue fixes

Often is out of service and as customer I would like to have communication not discover when I’m going try to connect

They don’t have a good customer support for refund inquiries when your purchase doesn’t work.

I did a comparison between Private VPN, SurfShark, Private Internet access, Nord VPN and express VPN. This is the most honest company that provides dedicated IP that actually works. The rest does not work in China no matter their advertisements. However, dedicated server speed is an issue. I think it is intentional limited. The refund process is very smooth they honoured it without question. I subbed again right after the cancellation just to try out their customer service. Let’s all give more money to this company in hope they provide faster server and more dedicated IP choices. P.s. it literally takes about 5 mins for their customer support to write back to you! Great customer care!

I’ve never had this app before today downloaded it and couldn’t even make an account

I contacted them the day that the auto renewal kicked in. I don’t need a VPN anymore. They refused to refund my CC. Kinda like stealing my money.

There is nowhere to sign up, Just asks for login credentials, I can’t really say that this app is crap or not because I can’t even sign up… 1 star - Pls fix.
