It used to be great. No it’s unusable. Always having to do a fix around job on it while there team work on it. It’s never working. So I asked for a refund after years of service. I do t want to download 3rd party browsers to use an app! Useless!
Bought a subscription after being disillusioned by and giving up on express vpn. This. Connects. So. Fast. Have i sold my soul without knowing?
Best vpn out there 👍👍👍 A few years down the line and still very reliable … fault free for me !!!!
VPN was average at best while I used it - certainly couldn’t stream with it. Haven’t used it now in months and today they took payment for auto renew because they don’t send reminders, I didn’t remember to cancel and they don’t refund. SET A REMINDER if you intend to use auto renew.
Not happy to find out after I downloaded that it charges for subscription but worse was that the app showed nothing but a log in screen and I had to internet search for a answer to how to log in but then to find out there is a charge really annoyed me.
How?
This app simply works. Customer service has been first class when I needed assistance setting up a router and having had at for about a year I would happily recommend it.
Could not get past login page when I first opened the app. Useless
Recently I’ve noticed when I’m using the VPN, watching a film for example, the movie will stop and the internet only works if I disconnect the VPN. When I then reconnect, it appears to connect but again it’s blocking all internet traffic, I’ve tried all the different settings, stealth etc. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall. Then it works for a period of time until the same thing happens. Please fix this annoying bug.
Keep having to re load it a right pain !!
