Old app was fine, then replaced with this one and is no longer compatible with the camera. So perfectly fine camera is going in the bin. 🙄

I had the original app which was great but then they have brought out this 1 and I have tried all 3 options to connect with my camera with no success…extremely frustrating!! Waste of time and energy!

Camera worked absolutely fine, I’ve had it for many years, I got a new phone and transferred everything over except that it would not allow me to open the ‘Hapsee’ app I’d used for many years as it was ‘unavailable’ (however my old phone which I hadn’t yet wiped still had access to the older app to use the camera just fine?). I downloaded the new app on my new phone but I couldn’t for the life of me manage to get the camera to connect, I gave up in the end and binned a perfectly good working camera because without the app to view it it made it useless, absolutely ridiculous. As I’d had it for many years I also no longer had the cables that another reviewer had managed to get it working with. So had to end up throwing a perfectly decent camera and buy a new one!

Camera only works on iPhone if I’m in the house which is pointless

Old app stopped working and won’t let me log in so tried to register again and won’t let me!! What have you done!!!!

New app does not work with current camera!!!! Old app worked absolutely fine for years. Cannot connect to the new app, even following the helpful comments left by another user. Can connect via a wired connection only and not via Wi-Fi rendering the camera useless. If could give this app 0 stars, I would

Old app stopped working, this one was a nightmare to connect the camera until I followed the instructions in another review. Now I am unable to log into the camera/see a picture unless I’m at home.. making it pretty pointless. It’s not clear whether it’s because I haven’t purchased a monthly cloud subscription, which I won’t be doing considering the app etc is so un user friendly or even if that is the issue.

Old app used to work, they updated their app and the old doesn’t work anymore. Can’t add a device to the new one either, only available for new devices that “turn on in pairing mode”. Can transfer from old app to new app, tried factory reset of the device. Good for the bin.

Forced to upgrade the app then you cannot get current camera set up on new app. Cannot type in your WiFi info to link it error messages saying ‘camera does not exist’. Absolute rubbish now. Worked fine On the old app now cannot use the camera
