Do not trust profee, they block account without information
Do not trust profee they saying in ads very less documentation or no documents, but in reality they asking more documents every 15 days or 1 month they block profee account without any information and when you connect to customer service they asks more documents
Again today i got mail by asking to share documents and my ATM card picture.
I request to every one do not trust Profee,
I provided all requested documents twice after I open my account in Profee and they confirmed there will be no more blocking
they asking bank level documents with pictures, it’s recommended by Banks not to share documents or card details to anyone.
I won’t recommend to anyone

Every time I send the money through this app, they block the account. Even though I shared all the required documents with them, payslips, bank statements, everything, I still had the same stupid service. Worst experience, closing the account now.
Non reliable app
I have transferred the money first time and it’s not received to my account. When write mail to customer support they give the response transaction still in progress and take few more day. It’s the worst app for money transfer. Don’t use this app.

Amazing app with very good customer experience
I loved Profee so far. Used the app to transfer money from my Ireland account to India and it was a seamless experience. While I could suggest a few enhancements like option to add payee for repetitive payments etc, I loved
1. Lightening speed of transfer. It was all real-time like UPI in India
2. Best Fx rates. And I mean it, The BEST fx rates
3. Very good customer experience so far. I had to increase the limit of my transfers and the support which I got was quick and absolute
MONEY stuck. Not a Reliable App
It was my very first transaction and money stuck. Contacted customer care but he told contact bank for refund of money. Bank told transaction was successful from their end. Don’t trust this app.

The app logs out automatically in a minute and the money may get stuck. Not reliable.
